平時是書生~因為要當兵了,還有1~2個月時間,自覺體能很差,最近稍微練習,結果表現很差勁。伏地挺身分次做了30下,標準動作只能5~10下,瞬間流汗。仰臥起坐只能做個10下~最後還是分開做20下。至於跑步練習原地跑,練習小腿與喘氣的感覺,時間五分鐘。體能從小就很差了,練習完之後,現在打字�
