每天早上我們都要體能訓練,例如伏地挺身40下,仰臥起坐50下,交互蹲跳15下......等但我是女生..最近都會有一種莫名的想吐感。而且吐不出來...。然後還會有暈眩感..很像快昏倒的那種感覺...請問這是怎麼了..
