競走算是有養運動嗎? - 運動

因為跑步會讓我不能持續半小時以上的運動,太喘了.....最近兩天我都會到宿舍樓下競走(比跑步慢一點,比走路快一點,有點像趕車),都大概是運動30分鐘以上,走完是臉都會紅紅的,也有流汗!不過一點都不喘,不知道這樣的運動能不能達到減重的效果呢?希望有人能告訴我..............謝謝!!
