我今年國三身高體重172/50我的目標是長到177CM有可能嗎?我國一只有147公分43公斤而已我現在還有機會抽到177CM嗎?但是我有在練伏地挺身.仰臥起坐伏地挺身每天只做30下而已仰臥起坐以前100下有腹肌之後就不練了聽人家講練這個會長比較不高..-我彈跳力跳起來可以摸籃板了但是我不夠撞很難把中鋒擠出去..
