本人今年升高一178cm約50公斤因為我都打3.3但遇到身材厚度夠的即便比我矮也是很難守自己也曾想增加自己的厚度不過一直沒有成功我爸小時候也是跟我一樣的身材我怎麼吃都吃不胖請問該如何調整,增加厚度改善自己的身材??還有我不會投3分線能教一下練習的絕竅和要點嘛以及如何鍛鍊防守的步伐,另外�
