兩天前練完球隔天早上醒來手臂很痠本來沒多想結果又隔了一天手還是一樣很痠左右轉手腕和手臂還有一點痠痛平常練完球不會這樣那天也沒練什麼就只做一些重量訓練跟伏地挺身怎麼手會這麼不舒服
