練二頭肌練都不會酸 - 伏地挺身

請問為什麼我練二頭肌已經2年半了可是我最鍵舉越來越重反而都不會酸我訓練方式是拿個背包11公斤掛在手挽下方手上拿著8公斤我舉10下一組5組再舉的時候超吃力可是練完完全不會酸我不太想換訓練方式因為我知道換訓練方式原本練好的雞肉會變形會變小我的經驗是這樣那請問我怎麼辦我還有杯14公斤背包做伏地挺身15下一組做5組都有胸肌跟二頭肌了可是我現在練玩都不會酸是怎樣壓而且我好像發現舉輕一點做多下會酸可是那樣變成戀爆發力了我不要而且肌肉會變小吧...Showmore
