我今年14歲~每天晚上都會做100下的啞鈴~100下的伏地挺身~150下的仰臥起坐~不知道這樣是不是過量還有我問我老師說國中做這些重量訓練好嗎?他說最好是在高中去練~說啥國中做會長不高~(身高170~70KG)我想問問大家:練肌肉真的會長不高嗎這個問題~有人說不會~也有人說會(如果會長不高~那要請問啥時再做比�
