如題...做了一個月發覺左邊胸肌比右邊還明顯一些看了些別人的發問發覺好像是運動後肌肉吸收不均的樣子那要怎麼樣才能調回來呢?正確的伏地挺身又是該怎麼做?不想要練身材練到很奇怪阿...聽爸爸說可以舉啞鈴(單手的)如果是要用啞鈴那正確使用啞鈴的方式?而且好像朋友再說練這個會長不高...這事��
