年過30的男胖子168cm.82kg請問.我想用慢跑+飲食控制來減肥.當然堅持的住嗎?我不知道.但是想請問.我現在.胸部墬肉外擴.肚子大不用說墬肉.手腳也是軟軟的墬肉.想請問.1.我知道如果都是有氧運動消耗.成功的話是....就胸平.肚子平.手腳墬肉少這是對的嗎?2.想請問.練一點肌肉.就是線條嗎?還是有點胸肌有點��
