我本來是一個不愛練肌肉的人肉都鬆鬆的身材難看多虧了歌舞青春的男主角:柴克艾佛隆讓我身材越來越好^^之後就喜歡練肌肉每兩天伏地挺身60下兩手舉啞鈴各50下以上不過今天是各做了130下@@有時也會仰臥起坐50下我想問一下如果舉啞鈴每天練100下以上那麼一週之後力氣會變如何呢?肌肉會不會更大更明�
