請問~~練拳擊的人~~做的重量訓練是啥種的??例如舉啞鈴!!(以舉一回目做比較)是舉比較重的啞鈴但不用多次~類似像健美先生的練法嗎??還是舉~可以接受的重量範圍內但要多次~就是練肌肉耐力的練法??到底~啞鈴要練哪種~拳才會又快又重呢!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~我有在打沙包~��
