練身體怎練服立挺身?真正問題是我一直都有在練啞鈴但服立挺身就是頂多做20下怎這麼差...練啞鈴沒用嗎還是有哪個練啞鈴的姿勢可以練到服立挺身所需要的肌肉??我練啞鈴的姿勢有一般正常的舉起來還有雙手平舉像大字一樣和把手放到腦後再往上舉都練很久了3年來有空就會練但服立挺身就是只能做個2
