我目前高一的學生身高160體重43可是我打球跳起來摸不到板請問如何練跳躍力還有把手臂肌肉線條練明顯我也想練腹肌我每天都有做仰臥起坐伏地挺身跳繩也都剛開始做想要有線條可是效果好像不怎麼好資金方面就沒有能力可以買健身器材不過目前我有找到超大灌的牛奶瓶加水充當啞鈴隨然才ㄧ個還有��
