我是高職畢業他說體能總分只要60分那我仰臥起坐一分鐘坐滿20下拿40%跑1600公尺10分內35%那請問一下~問題~1)我伏地挺身是不是隨便做做就好??還是要到達他一定的標準才可以??順便問大大們...問題~2)伏地挺身聽說有省力正確的姿勢!?問題~3)拉杆幹要如何練!?麻煩大大幫忙解答QQ\"
