我現在開始會吊單槓~那我還需要做伏地挺身嗎?我想要練腰部那只要仰臥起坐就夠嗎?還是有其他方法?仰臥起坐我都慢慢做但不停~然後100下這樣有用嗎?還是要分幾組幾組做做快一點比較有用?我投籃在罰球線練的時候如果不跳~我的姿勢都會有點歪掉..是因為力氣不夠嗎?那是手指的力氣不夠還是?我想讓球�
