我現在是只有舉啞鈴而已我的啞鈴只有10P但是練了快一年感覺力氣好像沒有增加因為我剛開始練都是舉20下手就酸了練到現在還是20下手就酸了肌肉有感覺比較大但是力氣好像沒有變大曾經有硬ㄍ一ㄥ一次撐到40下做完休息手一彎起來整個手的筋就緊縮為什麼會這樣是舉到肌肉會酸就該休息了不要硬ㄍ一�
