請問重量訓練該怎麼分配每次我要開始做重訓時有時做伏地挺身一次做太多就會手臂酸痛導致好幾天都不能做到頭來還是沒效果請問如果我要做重訓重訓項目如下(舉啞鈴.伏地挺身.仰臥起坐.蛙跳)請問該如何配置例如:剛開始該做幾下,而後該如何增加次數?...Showmore
