最近在鍛鍊手臂的肌肉,想把手臂練粗一點,肩膀到手肘的位置,我用手垂握啞鈴,然後轉動手肘舉起,慢慢增加重量,可是練了幾天下來,覺的腫痛的位置是在手肘關節處,而不是我想鍛鍊的手臂肌肉,請問是我鍛鍊的方式有問題嗎?...Showmore
