想請問肌肉訓練.例如伏地挺身.舉亞鈴..揚臥起座......每天做比較有效果還是2天做一次比較有效果?個人淺見我覺得每天做好像肌肉都沒有休息到..所以我的淺見裡面是2天做一次好像比較好一點.......請各位肌肉達人給小弟一些意見...希望是有證實根據的一些意見謝謝囉....
