我現在是個國2要升國3的學生身高:168體重:59平常下課,因為是班上班際籃球賽的球員。所以經常在打籃球,磨練技術。另外禮拜2、4也有在上跆拳道(每次訓練1的小時半)打籃球的時間就不一定了!目前正在鍛練胸肌以及腹肌鍛鍊方法分別為伏地挺身、仰臥起坐每天都各做100下(伏地挺身依身體而定太累的話
