肩膀脖子的肌肉不當訓練 - 啞鈴

之前因為要練肩膀兩邊的肌肉,選取的啞鈴重量過重(8kg),造成之後肌肉受傷;肌肉恢復之後,現在變成脖子的肌肉過於發達&硬,影響到腦的循環and眼睛不適,精神也大受影響請問要怎麼讓脖子和肩膀的肌肉弱化一點呢?真的常常感覺到脖子側邊兩條肌肉很硬,熱敷感覺也只能舒緩一點點,過久了不適感又會出現
