平時在家做做伏地挺身練練身體而已最近發現左右胸肌大小不一側面看蠻明顯的看起來左邊比較厚實右邊比較薄不知道是天生的還是後天練的關係請問有甚麼辦法可以解決呢改善伏地挺身的姿勢or舉啞鈴的方式?(附說明)知道的人請告訴我方法囉謝謝各位幫忙解惑了!ps.沒打算要去健身房或買什麼器具只是�
