我身高185體重92年紀20初頭想請問如果我認真練肌肉,有辦法練到像國外摔角選手的身型嗎?我有再練啞鈴...可是可能姿勢練的不夠或做息不正常,肌肉都不明顯我啞鈴單手25磅,有打算換30磅的伏地挺身1次15下就不行了,換氣有困難仰臥起坐50下一次另外啞鈴跟仰臥起坐做完都會隔一天再做其他有需要加��
