我177公分62公斤是個吃不胖的體質因為想讓自己看起來壯一些五個月前就開始在家鍛鍊身體我都會作伏地挺身和舉啞鈴來鍛鍊手臂和胸肌但是這五個月來胸部和手臂似乎只有粗了一點和大了一點我想問的是:1...聽朋友說作伏地挺身時手張越開胸部會越大是真的嗎!?因為我本身就是不發胖體質有辦法讓胸肌�
