1.做法:目前一天做右手35公斤啞鈴舉一組10下共5組共50下隔天右手休息換左手舉25公斤10下五組共50下舉完後吃乳清125公克約500熱量過1小時在做仰臥起坐斜板的50下一組四組-五組共200-250下我身高17560公斤請問這樣做腹肌會出來嗎?我乳清會不會這樣吃太多了==?我的啞鈴訓練才約10-20分鐘會不會有點少?
