做20~35個伏地挺身50個仰臥起坐200~300下跳繩左右手各舉4公斤啞玲大約平均30下(一個禮拜至少有5天有做)偶爾跑跑1600m!!但是!!我還是沒有變胖變壯變高在學校還是很小隻讓人覺得很沒力這到底是什麼問題呢??...Showmore
