請問想要把手臂練粗~~我現在是用18磅的啞鈴一隻~~兩手輪流使用~~兩手所做的量都是一樣多現在看起來手是有點線條了~~但一直用18磅的練~手會慢慢變粗嗎??或是練到一個程度之後需要在加磅數~~手臂才會越練越粗呢?
