我是男生!!但是身材略胖胸部也較大重點是有嚴重的外擴和激凸最近有在舉啞鈴想請問如何可以有效的使胸部外擴的問題改善呢?舉啞鈴哪些動作可以有效鍊到胸肌呢?PS.我由於手部受傷沒辦法鍊伏地挺身
