那個我有很多問題要問....希望能夠全部都回答~謝謝~1:我現在高1練肌肉會不會有礙身高很嚴重?目前我身高170體重492:我現在的啞鈴是4KG,目前我可以撐到80下,我需不需要換更重一點ㄉ?3:我已經練ㄌ至少有9個ㄌ,可是感覺沒什麼成效,是不是我不夠積極?目前我是1.2天練一次,有時候天天,還是說我練ㄉ�
