我每天練伏地挺身做200下仰臥起坐做50下仰臥起坐撐1分鐘就像圖>>>__/(比這還斜點)雙手ICE能撐1分鐘以上了,腳也能張開和合併但是平ICE撐不起來就算撐起來也撐不了幾秒腹部會很痛而且沒辦法呼吸好像壓著會鼻塞==(是腦衝血嗎?)但是站起來會慢慢好...只有閉氣才能撐...你們手是用推的還是只是撐者@
