我身高177體重71.......想利用暑假在家ㄉ時間練好上半身ㄉ肌肉線條....最近是自己有練伏地挺身跟舉啞鈴...伏地挺身是一次60下或80下分兩次30下或30.30.20這樣...啞鈴是以練二頭肌和三頭肌為主.二頭肌是以兩手往兩次平舉.一手20下....三頭肌就是普通ㄉ把啞鈴舉至胸前ㄉ那種.以上都是一次做一整組.一天做3��
