我家有2個啞鈴,第一個我舉10下就快舉不起來了,第二個我舉20就快舉不起來了,請問一下,哪個比較適合我ㄚ@@?該做幾下為一次?休息幾分鐘再做下一次?一天該做幾次?~~~如果是舉10下,我舉到第7下就沒力了,要硬撐著做完嗎==?
