我的減肥計畫計畫如下:1.每天35分鐘慢跑2.仰臥起坐30每天2組飲食控制:早餐吃1個荷包蛋+大燕麥片+牛奶午餐吃便當上面的菜跟肉還有少許的飯晚餐少許的飯青菜水果還有些許的肉類跑步跑完大概6點半左右晚餐大概在7點左右吃就這樣經過了一個多月我減了6公斤從74.X變成68可是這個禮拜好像都卡在68沒減少
