各位大大你好~^^我是高三我的身高是171公分我的體重53公斤我每天舉雅玲50下伏地挺身30下每日增加5-10下仰臥起坐50下請問這樣做有沒有效果如果沒有麻煩請各位大大講出要怎麼吃的健康體重增加身高變高和鍛鍊身體的方法謝謝~
