請問各位大大:我現在高2身高177體重53我現在都有在做伏地挺身一次做五組第一組15第2組11第三組7第四組7第五組5做一次休息兩天Q1.我看有些人的肌肉不需要用力摸起來就很硬很結實也很有線條要怎麼練才可以練成那樣呢?Q2.請問手臂要怎麼練才會變的比較粗比較硬呢?Q3.伏地挺身要怎麼做才算標準呢?Q4.伏�
