我想訓練我的上半身肌肉,可是不知如何練起:(我想練肌肉的動力是看了卡通"第一神拳"後,就有種想練肌肉的感覺我有的器具有一個可調式(5KG~20KG)握力器、啞鈴2個16磅我想練手腕到手肘的肌肉、二頭肌、還有肩膀肌肉、後背肌、胸肌、腹肌希望有圖片或網頁教學怎麼練還有個問題是神麼是重量訓
