訓練拳重和拳速的問題 - 啞鈴

如題因為我平常在家都會有做伏地挺身和高舉啞鈴[像高喊萬歲那樣]的訓練還有平行把啞鈴揮出去我想問得是這樣可以訓練拳重和拳速嗎?大約我一周會做五休二伏地挺身一組50做3~4組高舉啞鈴和平行揮啞鈴各做50和30做兩組我有去玩過類似拳擊機的東西不過那是打沙包的以前我還沒練的時候大約打七千多�
