我的身高是167公分,體重卻有70公斤,使我肥的不像樣,真的讓我好困擾,我都太敢見人了,聽說伏地挺身和仰臥起坐可以快速減肥,那麼我想知道一開始分別要做幾下以及到每天分別做起下才比較恰當,急需答案,如果還有其他可以快速減肥辦法也請務必告訴我,感謝。
