小弟身材蠻肉的,178CM80KG想把手臂跟肚子訓練成肌肉,只是之前完全沒經驗,現在買了個16磅左右的啞鈴,一天舉多少才OK呢?我現在是以20為基數,每天舉5組,一組間隔2分鐘,這樣會太少嘛?
