最近在做"腕力"的重量訓練我現在用的啞鈴手腕上下擺動可以到十五下左右每天三組一組十五下幾乎每天都做但一個月下來我的腕力似乎沒有增強多少問題1常有人說重訓要間隔約兩天在做才會長肌肉但我是想訓練爆發力有沒有長肌肉我無所謂請問頻率太糕會影響到力量的訓練嗎?2訓練爆發力要舉十
