我想訓練腹肌.胸肌......可是不知道如何訓練才是最佳且最快的訓練方式........例如有人說:第1天練腹肌.第2天練胸肌.第3天休息(為了要讓肌肉能夠長出來).第4天在繼續重複以上的.........請問這是真的嗎??(我不要叫我仰臥起坐伏地挺身持續做1.2個月的答案.我比較希望是有專業的或者自己有訓練成功的經驗��
