請問跑步30分鐘,拆5分鐘跑很多次有效嗎? - 健身

如提,因為比較沒有時間可以空出一整個30分鐘跑步,如果我是跑很多次5分鐘跑步(一天大概5-6次但中間會隔個1小時或半小時這樣),(其實也不算跑步,就是在找一塊磁磚假裝在跑步機上面跑這樣)但因為我很少運動,所以這樣跑5分鐘還是會流汗和喘,不知道這樣有沒有達到有氧運動健身的效果><�
