我沒天做仰臥起坐40下(雙腳彎曲.兩手掌貼著臉頰)趴在床上雙首長放在後腦杓上上半身和下半身同時翹起(以髖骨為中心點)做40下伏地挺身(雙手垂直地面腰桿挺的很直下去時到碰到胸口時挺1秒鐘後再慢慢挺起)單腳墊腳尖(上下40次)左腳抬起右腳慢慢蹲下去直到右手五只碰到地面才再起來左右腳各40下這樣�
