本人現再國二167公分50KG請問一下最近想鍛鍊一下身體大部分都上網看過方法了但還是有些不了解所以想上來問問我想練全身其中大腿該怎麼練??採弓箭步手上加上啞鈴這樣膝蓋會不會受傷??我該怎麼練大腿肌肉??還有什麼是肌肉爆發力什麼是肌肉耐力??該怎麼練能練才是練到爆發力該怎麼練才是練到耐力?
