1.想請問一下健身想要胸肌變大,一定要舉槓鈴嗎?我怕舉不動,被壓到吐血,可是我又很想把胸肌練大2.每次練健身時都會先在跑步機上跑20分鐘,再去健身,可是我可別人都直接跑去健身,請問一下到底要怎麼做,不是都要先做些有氧運動嗎?3.每天練會不會有反效果?
