就好像初學者想練單槓卻連一下都拉不上去那樣,拼命作伏地挺身的效果遠不如每天先將手吊在上面讓手臂慢慢習慣身體的重量。錯誤的方法會導致事倍功半,此為小弟來此發問的動機。小弟想專門練習用雙手把重物搬運起來並且身體能夠快速移動的耐重能力,所以需要加強手臂的強度和腿部的爆發力�
