我現在高二175cm64kg想要練一下手臂線條,現在我都伏地挺身一次20下做6~7次,可是沒啥效果只是手臂變粗,如果我要換成舉啞鈴,應該拿多重?該舉幾次幾下呢??兩種的效果會有差嗎??啞鈴大概都少錢呢?感激不盡囉!!
