大概在半年就要去當兵了是乙等體位,還沒抽籤小弟現在算是胖胖的阿宅..但是三年前有練過跆拳到黑帶2段所以伏地挺身還能連續做個50下左右我擔心軍中的長官會有"揠苗助長"的情形就像我以前的教練一樣..我的極限是50下他就要我做100下雙腳拉筋能開150度,他就要硬壓到180度慢跑極限2千公尺,��
