小弟我每天練習的內容是..早上上課前:伏地挺身80下.仰臥起做100下.倒立3分鐘晚上10點後:馬步.馬步弓搥*100.馬步衝搥*左右各100.小八目前學到的進度走三次拳架(八息)....練完腿軟就去睡了想跟大家請教的是.....這樣的練習讓我的肌肉是有練出一些.....可是我最近卻覺的自己的力量越變越小,尤其是當我在假�
